LOVE IT
By Jen B, 2/14/07
I have gone to the Cleveland Zoo ever since I was a child and I can't wait to go back every single year. The place is always so clean and the animals are so well cared for and CUTE! Last summers (2006) Stingray and Shark touch pool was the BEST! My fiance and I are buying a membership this year so we can go as often as we want.

This is a great place to take your kids or your sweetheart. Alot of time and money goes into this world class zoo. They even have beer there so when you wlk a hundred miles in this place you can fill up on a cold one but it will cost you 6 bucks so savor it

beautiful day at the zoo
By Lawrence, 6/23/06
It was a perfect day temperate and sunny. Many animals were out and easy to see. The wolf exhibit was especially good. Parking was easy and my 82 year old mother was able to get around nicely.

Very awesome!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 6/20/06
First of all, I would like to say that I really liked the fact that they recognized the fathers. I went on Father's Day 2006. All fathers were free admission. The zoo is very nice. Big open space, lots of animals. The rainforest was really nice too. You have to go to the Primate, Cats, and Aquatics building. They have monkeys in there with a baby and the baby is so cute and funny. Really must see.

A Lot to Do!!!
By mengay, 3/25/06
With both the rainforest and the outdoor exhibits, there is plenty to do at the zoo. There is even a section where you can get in the cage with some birds. The Cleveland Metroparks Zoo has a great Australian exhibit, too. You and your kids will have a great time visiting this wonderful attraction, I have been their countless times, and would go again.

It's not on the Animal Planet 'Best Zoo's in the US' for nothing!
By Mmmhmm Bella!, 1/5/06
The Rainforest is amazing! Great dome to get out of bad weather, and to see the animals upclose during births, and/or feeding time. The animals are amazingly close, the aquarium is plush. Absolutly spectacular! For the $9.00 we paid, it was MORE than worth it. Tram to take you uphill to see the primates and aquariums, or a wide path with benches for a walk. Features every animal imaginable! Wonderfully helpful staff! Consession stands with reasonable prices, and simply gorgeous landscaping! We've been there 5 times this last year! Not enough time to see entire Zoo AND Rainforest in one day, more like 2 days. (Not recomended for small children, because of all the walking - some uphill if you choose NOT to take the tram)

Get a seaons family pass
By Cleveland Rocks, 9/26/05
The Cleveland Zoo is a great place to visit for an hour or two or a whole day. My favorite is to go for 2 hours. With a 2 year old in tow that works best for us. With a family season pass, we can even take grandma or a friend with us for no extra charge.

Visit every summer.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 9/24/05
So much to see, not enough time in one day. Recommend a two day trip. The animals are so close and easy to view. My small children love it! The elephants are just beautiful. On the down side, lots of walking! Do take advantage of the trolleys that transport you from one side of the Zoo to the other. I rain forest is a plus, losts of interesting creatures to view. We take a trip there every year, at least once. And the price for admission is very reasonable for everything that is available to see.
