Bedore Tours, Niagara Falls

Our tour guide, RITA, was absolutely phenomenal. She was a wealth of knowledge about the Falls, City, and gave us a fantastic tour. We have been on many tours in the past with other companies and have never been felt like we got our money’s worth. WE HAVE NOW! We did not miss a single thing, was treated with respect, laughed and had a spectacular time. We were given plenty of time to see everything. Rita, you are an awesome guide. We went to Niagara falls,ON,Canada and bought this tour for $79 and he doesn't show any thing..he took to 2 main attractions Maid of the Mist & Journey Behind The Falls.Which costs about $35 at the most.remaining are souvenir shop and 2 attractions those are free to anybody...after the last attraction he gave time to back to bus 2:20PM we we were there by that time but the bus guy left without waiting for us..there were 6 people missed the bus including one person with wheel chair..we called up to the tour people..finally the bus came after 1 hour..we waited for there for 1 hour for nothing..he supposed to show us 2 free attractions those we couldn't see because of the bus left without us....most irresponsible people..

I will never take a tour with them again. The driver/guide had no idea what times things the attractions opened, he left a group of people behind, did not get to see all the things that were supposed to be sooo beautiful of Niagara Falls. WORST TOUR EVER.

The trip was a great experince the driver Alex was wonderful he was proffessional, courteous, and accommondating. The bus was neat and clean. I would recommend this company to all my friends and family! Great Job Bedore Tours!!!!!!!

They represent themselves as a visitor center and then lie to consumers. We were charged $167.90 for attractions that could be purchased for $66 thru New York State Park system. We asked if it was possible to see the falls and take pictures and were told not without a tour. Don't fall for their crap. You can see the falls without paying a dime. They tell you the lines are really long (lie) and parking costs anywhere from $10-$40 (another lie) and so on and so on. Crummy tour and very deceptive. Save your money

We pre-booked an American tour with Bedore Tours and it was wonderful (we highly recommend this company, and we are very picky folks)..Sherri our tour guide picked us up at the Crown Plaza Hotel (highly recommend too) in an Air-Conditioned tour bus. Our guide was Sherri (a 21 year tour guide veteran) and she was very friendly and informative and funny (seemed like we knew her for years).. We were in a group of 16 people and we were not rushed anywhere, if fact, Sherri actually allowed us extra time at the end of the tour to view the Falls Light Show (we took the 6pm to 10pm tour - highly recommend), as she said she enjoyed her job so much that she did not mind to give us some extra time !!!..Sherri knew everyone's name and gave us all time to do things on our own..It is so worth the price of the tour.. we did not have to worry about getting around on our own or worry about parking (expensive) or wait in long lines..The tour takes you to the main attractions that would be hard to do on your own..The bus was clean and modern and air conditioned..Sherri stopped mid-tour for the group to buy snacks and drinks (nice extra)..the bus is locked when you get out so you don't have to worry about leaving anything on the bus..wear comfortable shoes & shorts as there is a lot of walking & wet adventures involved in the tour.... Sherri, thank you for making our day so enjoyable and thank you Bedore tours for having wonderful employees like Sherri... My husband, 10 yr old son and I took this Niagra Falls trip with Bedore Travel on 28th June 2010, it cost us 1300 dollars, we were so looking forward to it. As planned we were collected from our hotel at 5.15am and taken to JFK. To begin with we were to fly into Buffalo but instead were flown into Rochester and were bused (with no air-conditioning) to Niagra....this took an hour or more out o the time we had at the Falls!! We crossed the border into Canada at 12.00 and were immediatly taken for lunch which was buffet style at the Shearaton...this was lovely. We had to meet our guide again at 1.15pm to be taken to the Maid of The Mist. The boat trip was amazing, such a wonderful experience. We got off the boat and had time to grab our souviner photo before being rushed straight onto our bus again and crossing the border back into the US, we were back on the US side at 2.45!! We then were taken to Goat Island a viewing point of the falls on the US side, we had 30 minutes to have a quick look and back on the bus for 3.30. From here we were taken to Buffalo airport where we were to get the 5.25pm flight home to JFK.....alas.....this flight did not happen...to be honest I dont think there ever was a flight home!!!! The company didn't try to get us another flight!!!! We were told 2 other groups would be joining us and we would be coach driven home to New York which would be a 6 too 7 hour journey!!! Needless to say there were some very, very unhappy people with many questions left unanswered.We had two comfort stops during our journey home and as promised arrived at Times Square at 1.45am....this was the only part of the trip which went to plan!! On booking this trip we were led to believe that we would have 3 hrs at EACH side of the Falls...this was totally misleading...we had from 12.00 to 3.30 and lunch time had to be taken out of this. We have been on many guided trip such as this in the past and have never been rushed or treated in a manner such as this before. We have never been contacted by the company with regard to compensating us in any way....I feel they took our money and ran, knowing they probably would never see us again. We were the lucky ones!! Two couples had flights out from JFK at 5am the next day and it cost them 600 dollars on top of their tour price to get another flight to JFK. Basically what I would say is that for the price, it was very very poor value for money, I wish we had of paid a little more and gone with another company, please reconsider before you book with Bedore Travel....they do not fulfil their promises. Yesterday we toured the Canadian side of Niagara Falls. Manuela was our tour guide for the day. She was very very very cool, informative, and funny. One of the nice things she did was show us how to get to places if we decided to drive ourselves. Today it paid off. My husband and I decided to drive around Toronto today all by ourselves. It was really great!!! Thanks Manuela. This girl really knows her stuff.

Today we toured the American side of the falls. The best thing about Bedore Tours is they pick you up right at your hotel. Ivan, our tour guide, was prompt and he was a lot of fun, he knew his facts and wanted to share them with us. He was personable and very helpful. Our experience today was simply wonderful. Definitely the best tour for the price. Tomorrow we are touring the Canadian side.
