unable to get refund
I purchased merchandise from the on line store, I''ve returned it via certified mail, got my proof of delivery more than 30 days ago,I have filled out and returned all forms and proof of delivery they requested, they won't refund my money because they can't find the items. I have spoken to at least 5 different people, the supervisor is constantly unavailable, and people tell me they do not know the supervisors boss, or phone extension. I am very dissatisfied with this entire experience, and therefore can not recomend a purchase from the museum store.
