Customer care and service is not nice
I was at the Vegas furniture dept (the only one available to me to get furniture...I was looking at the mattresses and sofas. I asked salesman Rob to help me out with the mattresses and then on one sofa I liked. He was fine and helpful. He didn't help me out on any other sofa because I knew what I wanted.. I told him I was very interested in both. Some how I could not put the mattress or the bed on the 24/mon plan. I went back home to San Diego. I had my daughter look at the mattresses at South Coast store.
She picked our HER bed and saleslady Joanne was so kind and very patient with us. She spend 1 hr with us... I bought the mattress from her...$2000.00
I then called Rob in Vegas to help me get the sofa...all seemed fine until he said there would be a delivery fee of $175.00..I told him there was no delivery fee with the mattress...HE then said well I could have done something IF you bought the mattress from ME. SO, he was not willing to help me out in anyway when he heard that the mattress was bought in South Coast Plaza store. He changed his color and was not nice anymore.
I got upset and he didn't care...I said I guess I wasn't ment to get the sofa and he said "I guess NOT" and that was it....
It is too bad and a shame that how quickly Rob changed when he found out that the mattress was brought in South Coast.
So, Bloomngdale's lost the sofa sale $1900. and I will have to look for another sofa at another store. But I am sure Blooingdale's do not care about this....I had a Bloomingdales cardholder for over 25yrs+
Oh well, it least Joanne was helpful at South Coast Plaza Bloomingdale
