Horrible customer relations -- rude, pushy, unhelpful. Since I didn't know exactly what I wanted, they made it clear that they preferred I left rather than browsed. Snide comments between salespeople about other customers who came and left store. Support a friendly, helpful, respectable business and go a couple of blocks away to Crouch & Fitzgerald (400 Madison Street). Though a bit more expensive, a MUCH more pleasant experience.

These guys provide the best service in town. It is important to find someone who can provide you with quick and trustworthy service....these guys provide all of that. I have bought numerous Tumi and Hartmann bags while travelling through NYC; and, I highly recommend this store due to their high service level, selection and location.

Best Luggage Store in New york

selection , location, tumi , rimowa , samsonite , briefcases, wallets. I wanted a tumi carry on and ended up getting four or five different things
