slow, insincere and careless

One guy did greet me when I entered but just kept pushing watches at me and being very distracted trying to attend many other customers at the same time, even though there weren't many customers... the check-out was extremely slow and 3-4 employees were standing behind the counter not really attending to the customers. I had the band changed on the watch I bought, and when I brought the watch to the service desk, the guy broke the plastic case by opening it with too much force. The watch actually turned out to be defective and keeps becoming behind by 10-20 minutes every day or two, even though I still like the design of the watch. If you have an option of going to a different Swatch, I would avoid this place.
