Brown Cow Saddle Blanket Company
The inspirational name for this saddle blanket and tack shop has nothing to do with a cow. The shop's owner rescued a horse, Brown Cow, from a cattle guard, weaver her a blanket, and the rest is history. Owner Christina Bergh's weavings even touched Georgia O'Keeffe who invited her to dinner after visiting her shop. Bergh hand-weaves wool saddle blankets and creates intricate, custom-beaded halters, headstalls and breast collars. Her work has served as awards at the Rodeo de Santa Fe and other major western riding competitions.
I ordered two sweatshirts Dec. 11, 2009 as Chrisrmas presents, and Have never sween them.. This "company" took the moneyoff of myy visa card, and now all of their phones are disconneceted. Whatever you do, do ont buy online from these creeps. They are a disreputable bunch.
I purchased a White Eagle Saddle pad which arrived defective. I called the vendor (The Brown Cow Saddle Blanket Company), yet she was to busy to take nor return phone calls. I contacted the White Eagle Saddle Pad Company. The owner identified himself both phonetically, via email, and the metadata contained on his website as "Peter Talan" and address as 3 Filly Court, Yorktown Heights, NY 10598. However, according to the District Attorney, his real name is "Peter Italiano" whose address is 3 Lily Court. The package was addressed from 6 Lily Court which is the home of Mr. & Mrs. Feldman.
Also at 3 Lily Court:
1. Network Graphics, phone: (914) 962-6162
2. Eva R. Italiano
3. James Italiano, a/k/a Jimi Jacket
4. Peter P. Italiano
5. White Eagle Saddlepad Co., phone: (914) 962-2556.
I spoke with Mr. "Talan" a/k/a Mr. Italiano on 4/20/09 @ 2:02 PM (EST) for approximately 7 minutes and 10 seconds. He used foul language, I had to hang up because he was unreasonable, made inappropriate remarks to include death threats. He called back @ 2:18 PM and left a voicemail stating that he did curse, yet was cursing at himself, and that he would reimburse me for the saddle pad.
