I have been meaning to write this review for months now, but life keeps getting in the way. But when me and my family visited Cliff's this summer we had a blast, we were greeted by wonderful customer service beginning at the front gates. The employees were very knowledgable about the new cashless system used through out the park and very helpful with guest relations. The park was clean and they had employees working diligently to keep it that way. The rides did not have huge lines and my 2 toddlers loved the Kiddie Land. They keep asking me to take them back there as soon as the park opens for there next season. We enjoyed ourselves very much and give Cliff's 2 thumbs up, for customer service, fun and cleanliness.
I had such a fun time with my friends at Cliff's this summer. The new ride was awesome! You can actually win the games here, instead of like at the fair. It's cool that you load your money on a card and swipe that to buy food and games instead of using money in the park.
Cliff's was a great experience, for being a small park. It was clean, the employees were great with my kids and the rides were fun for all ages. I would recommend this to all abq residents as well as visitors. Cliff's was an awesome way to spend the day with my kids.
I was most unhappy with their unhelpful attitudes towards disability. While I realise it's not Disneyland I do think they could attemtp to adopt some of Disney's attitudes towards disabled kids - considering that it's supposed to be FOR kids after all... our multiply handicapped kids would have to wait in line with no special concession allowed re queues and no rates for severely disabled kids who cant experience many aspects of the park.
My kids and I have always love to go to Cliffs. We still do but this past Friday..when we were there we've noticed major changes. Which we were not happy with. No money is accepted inside for ANYTHING!! So don't forget your Credit/ Debit Cards! You wore wristbands that were scanned for every ride. It was too creepy with the talk about Microchip'n humans soon. We still had a blast..oh! One more thing when it got closer to closing time we were rest'n by the Rattler we noticed a lot of huge..Cockroaches! So I wouldn't advice anyone to eat there if they're squeamish like me. It's a good thing I fed my lil ones before going in and I would advise you all the same thing. I would keep going but we'd eat first.
I have neve been to Cliffs, but I am visti in June and I would love to go there, I wish they could build a small disney land for the people in New Mexcio, they have so much land and it will be nice for the kids too! Why don't they? Don't get me wrong, cliffs is fun, but they need to make it bigger. I hope one day they will consider making a amusement park called New Mexico Disney Park. That will be a dream come true! I love New Mexico at night its so romantic and beautiful. I like the way they keep New Mexico clean, very respectful people, and friendly. I lke it at New Mexico. Hope some day I will call it my home.
There is a big variety of rides. There are rides for children, teens, adults and even senior citizens. All of the rides are in excellent condition and the park is always clean. It is very easy to stay all day long!
