Description

Here is a chance not only to do some sightseeing, but to become a sight yourself on a tour like no other. The world famous Fire Engine tour departs from the Cannery at Fisherman's Wharf, travels through the Presidio to Ft. Point, across the Golden Gate Bridge and through Sausalito. Take photos at Ft. Baker and check out the Union Street neighborhood as the tour returns back to Fisherman's Wharf. The whole trip is approximately 75 minutes. The couple who run this tour live in a historic 108 year-old San Francisco Firehouse, and their enthusiasm is contagious. It's a show on wheels. Advanced reservations are recommended as seating is limited.

The best Tour!!!

This tour is awesome!!!! Marilyn and her hubby are the best guides. She keeps you entertained and is very knowledgeable of the history of San Francisco. Riding in the fire truck gives you views that you cannot get from being in a cable car or a bus. Going over the Golden Gate Bridge in the Fire truck was amazing!!!! This is a MUST DO Tour!!!!!!!!

We loved this!

My 8-year old daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed this fun adventure. The host/guides are completely entertaining and I cannot think of a better way to travel over the Golden Gate Bridge. Fantastic! This is a must do tour when visiting San Francisco. Be sure to make your reservations early,

Loved The Ride and the Guide!

We had a BLAST on this fun tour! The guides kept us entertained with fun songs and facts about the Golden Gate Bridge. Along with a ride through the city the trip across the bridge on a firetruck is not to be missed! Can't wait to do it again on my next trip to San Francisco.

Both my 5 year old and I loved it and would definitely recommend to others with or without children. We loved the history, the songs,...the energy and enthusiam...a perfect experience and well worth the cost.

Nice Experience for the Kids

I was not sure what to expect, but my son loves fire trucks, and not only did he get to dress the part with the heavy fire coats, the drive in an open fire truck was a wonderful experience. It is very cold crossing the bridge. The husband wife team were entertaining and the trip an nice one. A bit pricey for a tour of the city, but the experience driving across the bridge and the look on your young one's faces was well worth it.

The highlight of our trip!

Don't miss this!!! Traveling across the Golden Gate Bridge in an open air vintage fire engine was a once in a lifetime experience. On this tour you see familiar sites from a new vantage point. The tour guides were friendly, entertaining and amusing. You will love this tour! Well worth the money.

Only in San Francisco!

This is a wonderful experience. (I was afraid that we would freeze but we were provided with heavy firefighter jackets which were perfect). Our hosts were entertaining and wonderful. The trip across the Golden gate bridge was spectacular. What a blast. We also chartered the firetruck on another occassion to take our friends on a tour of San Francisco. It was an experience nobody will ever forget. It was totally worth the money and I would recommend it to everyone...even seasoned San Franciscans!
