Neiman Marcus, San Francisco

I love this store so much. I think it sets the standard of what a Neiman Marcus should look like. It has a breathtaking ceiling and is 4 stories. It has a great selection and I like all the designer boutiques including CHANEL,Prada,Dior,and Louis Vuitton. I wish the Neiman Marcus here in Beverly Hills was as nice. I really recomend this store! It's world class!

Hey lady with the last call dolce gabbana piece...I would just like to say that Neiman Marcus is a top customer service detail oriented store. I have been a client for years and no matter how much you spend they treat everyone the same and offer them top service to the best of their ability. They are wonderful and are great to develop a relationship with! P.S. Even the the top clients get same "garbarge" garment bag!

I bought a (clearanced item!) Dolce and Gabbana fur-trimmed black coat last year. The sales lady put it in a plastic (hideous)garbage.. I mean, garment bag. For the price that I paid (which was almost twice of my monthly rent of a one bedroom apartment), the least she could've given me was a nice garment bag for storage behind the velvet rope in the closet. But I was very satisfied to see that the other salesperson knew if they had other colors of the Hermes stole I was wearing, though. Nice store, but sometimes they have poor customer service. I love this Neiman Marcus! It is amazing and the Rotunda is one of the best resturants! It is well priced and very very very very cheap!!!
