Anjin, Costa Mesa

WARNING! The food is cool and fun to eat. I used to go there all the time UNTIL i CHECKED THE BILL. They added alot to the original balance. And I usually dont ever check the bill and just pay, but on time I went there and only ordered two items and the bill was over $70. That cought my eye and they quikly scratched that and saud it was someone elses bill and gave me the real deal. Then I kinda gave them the benefit of the doubt. Well I went back and I guess they didn't remember me, but they tried again and again, so I just ban those type of shady places to eat. Hope this helps you not spend as much there. Good luck

If you are looking for a nice place with a great atmosphere, good service and delicious food and don't mind paying a little bit more than usual for food than come to Anjin. I would recommend getting the Seaweed Salad and most of their meats.. it's a bit pricey but worth it. The wait is horrible if you are really hungry. So if you plan on coming here make sure you've eaten a little before. Try coming an hour before they close or right when they open at 5pm because the wait is not so bad!

Taste Good! But bit pricey Your cloth going to smell like BBQ, but well worth it. Usually 1 hour + on weekends unless you get there before they open.

anjin is the best resturaunt ever. ever. great food. the best. it was actually voted number one or two for japanese steakhouses in california and the kobe is the bombest in the world. i can only reccomend giving the place a chance and if there are anyone who works there looking at this, whats up from the number five crew, happy hunting, youre at a loss if you never experience anjin.
