The food is good, and it is a comfortable place to spend time. the coffees are great (most of the time). The one big problem they have is that even with 3 people behind the counter, they are consistantly very slow with food prep. The special, which was already prepared, needed reheating and put on a plate with a salad took over 30 min. The place was not real busy. It's a shame, I really like the food, but this is not the first time it has happened.
