Rusty's is overpriced cafeteria style food with loud atmosphere and average food,at best.It reminded me of eating at a cafeteria, loud kitchen, banging plates and impersonable staff and owner who has no personality.I will not recommend this place to anyone who enjoys a peaceful meal.I didn't feel welcomed and was treated like a number as you wait outside with no service or gretting.Need to learn a little something about customer service and southern cvooking!
WILL BE BACK!
The Ribeye was excellent! Cooked and seasoned perfectly. I am from GA and travel on business frequently to the Vicksburg area. This was my first time eating at Rusty's, and it certainly won't be my last. Service and atmosphere were great as well.
Rusty's was GREAT. The wait was a little long, but that was only due to it being a small place and there being a lot of people wanting to have some dinner. Right when you sit down you are asked about drinks and appitizers by the HOST. You were given the specials right away and the food came out fast. I would STRONGLY recomend trying this place! Oh and I almost forgot about the desserts. They are all home made by the owner and chef, Rusty himself. (Besides the Cheese Cake.) Amazing service and wonderful atmosphere. DONT FORGET TO TRY RUSTY'S!!!!!!!!!
This is the best restaurant in town, and one of my all time favorites anywhere. The food is great, with lots of flavor. The pies are amazing, that is if you have any room left from dinner! If you don't believe me, check it out for yourself, just make sure to get there before the line is out the door.
My co-worker and I used to enjoy eating at Rusty's. We always order the blackened chicken salad, which is great. We have always ordered extra egg on our salad. I was stunned the last time we went in there and they charged use $2.00 for extra eggs on our salad. Needless to say, we will not be back.
