I love Rib Crib.
I loved this one when it first opened.
Last few times I have been in Branson, I have visited Rib Crib and it has gone downhill.
It is overcrowded, POOR service (last time I went, the waitress kept our change and the tip, I had to hunt her down) and the portions were very small. Not the usual Rib Crib Fare.
I would recommend Famous Daves now.
They serve 3 sauces at the table, and with their impressive menu of ribs, brisket, pulled pork, and chicken, you should be able to find a fav!
They also have a good beverage, dessert, and appetiser list.
No one should leave wanting.
I send every tourist looking for BBQ there!
