Decent southern food

just a regular southern food restaurant, the food was all pretty good. My only strong reccommendation is the french onion soup. It was really good. The chicken pot pie was pretty bland though.

Got Jambalaya?

This is the only place in town that even comes close to authentic Jambalaya. It should really be Pastalaya, like they call it in New Orleans (when it has pasta instead of rice). I loved it. great service, great food and it's a great place to eat because it's decorated so nicely. Isaac is a new waiter there, and he's great. Brandon was training him tonight and I think they are both awesome servers.

The first time I went was great, the next no so good. Maybe someone had a bad day I am not sure. Food was not the best nor was the service.

The first time we went there, our kids got their food quick, but mine and my husband's didn't come out until the kids were almost done. The manager came to our table and paid for the entire meal and gave us a g.c. to come back. Second time everything was great. I loved the strawberry/walnut salad and the turkey ciabatta.

My family and I are from out of town. We saw the restaurant while we were driving on State Street and stopped in. We were given the royal treatment. Not only did we have great service, but the food was excellent. We will include the restaurant in our future travel plans. We especially enjoyed the lemon poppyseed bread.

What a great surprise

Traveling from Ohio and staying in the area, we came upon Mimi's. Great atmosphere good service and great value. I'll go to Mimi's whenever in SLC area.

We went there for my step son's birthday party. We were not pleased.... The waitress dropped our appetizer on the floor and then forgot to replace what she dropped. She re- filled one of our guest's sprite with water, then by the time we got our food, it was cold and the gravy was congealed on the potatoes and meat. I've never had a bad experience with the Mimi's in Sandy, UT...but I would not recommend the Mimi's in Murray.
