This cafeteria-style Midtown eatery is easy to spot from the street. The atmosphere inside isn't too extravagant, resembling a school lunch room, but welcomes crowds for their good food. There's plenty to choose from as you fill your tray. Fresh meats, pastas and salads can be grilled or arranged to order, or choose from a wide range of vegetarian alternatives. Try the jerk chicken or cheese tortellini with marinara sauce. Beer and wine are available as well.
LOVE THIS RESTAURANT!!! My husband & I have been enjoying Eats for about 15 years now, and the one thing that we LOVE is that the food has been consistent over the years AND THE PRICE IS RIGHT! It's a staple in our house every Friday night. The food is GREAT and you get hardy portions (I usually save half of my meal for a snack the next day)! Try Eats, you won't be disappointed.
My dad told me about this restaurant so I was pretty skeptical intially, but Eats is a great restaurant. This place is what ALL restaurants should strive for! It has a relaxed, diner-type of atmosphere. There are always long lines, but the staff gets everyone served quickly. I had the meat loaf, macaroni & cheese, green beans, and a roll. They provide heaping portions of food and I only spent about $6.
I didn't bother to read all the posts, but my favorite thing there for the past 2 years is the turkey lasagna. Mmmm mmm mmm. it's just so much food. plus, theres no bones about it. Salad, lasagna, bread and your choice of 2 dressings! 2 WHOLE DRESSINGS! Seriously though, I love this place
The Jerk Chicken is out of this world. A dozen different flavors dance across your tongue from their unique jerk seasoning.
All the vegetarian veggies are fresh and tasty.
The pasta is delightful--many kinds of noodles and sauces and add-ons to create the perfect pasta dinner.
The turkey meatloaf, like the jerk chicken, is spiced uniquely to create a fresh take on an old staple.
And it is cheap!! A half chicken with 3 veggies and cornbread is $7!!
And finally, their sweet tea is the best inside the perimeter!
Okay, where do I start. It's a cafeteria-styled eatery but don't let that fool you. It's really kinda cozy. But the food, is simply out of this world! I like the jerk chicken with sweet potatoes. TDF, that's, Too Die For!!!!
Personally I perfer to eat at spots that are unique, catering to a niche market with excellent cuisine and Eats has it from vegetarian to curry. You'll love it.
Nestled, once again in the heart of Mid-town A-T-L. The only real place to live! Where everything is just a stone's throw or drunken cab ride away!!!
So, becarfeul you might just pass right by this mid-town Jewel!!
