A friend recommended this restaurant and said it was a must for a dinner date so my boyfriend and I went in there to check it out tonight. I have never been in such a cozy and warm environment. The staff is very welcoming from the moment you walk in the door and they seat you quickly at the table of your choice. The menu is well-rounded with many unique entrees to choose from. The steak carpaccio appetizer is to die for with melt-in-your mouth beef and a contrasting arugula. If you love mushrooms try the rigatoni with porcini mushrooms and cream sauce. It's will consume your taste buds. They always have specials so you have other selections besides the menu, although it has plenty for people of every taste to be happy. Not to mention the prices for the quality of food will put a smile on your face as well. After your entree ask about the dessert menu because the pastry chef is superb. Try his chocolate mousse. You'd be hard-pressed not to eat it in less than thirty seconds. Overall, if you are looking for an elegant but comfortable and romantic or just personal dining experience make Casa Ludovico your first choice.
