The food quality is pretty consistent: moderately good. The pork and beef are rarely tender, but instead chewy. The chicken is very, very tender and all are very flavorful. The crab-rangoons are sweeter than most and use more onion than cheese or crab, which I might mention is most certainly whitefish with red coloring.
Favorites are Chicken with Broccoli. Very succulent, delicate, clear broth swims around tender chicken and crisp veggies. What a delight. The egg-drop soup is the typically thick yellow that we see so often in American Chinese restaurants.
