Burger King, Oregon City

This Burger King is terrible. Customer Service is a joke!! It took 3 times to get a Big Fish sandwich the way I ordered it and the last time they put so much catsup on it that it ran out everywhere! I love catsup so that was not a particular problem, but I know they were just being rude. I will not be visiting that BK again ever!!

The truth is i worked there for a long time, i quite countless time only to be brought back with raises, not by the store manager but high up managers. The store manager is a witch! I can go there at any point in the day and she is always yelling at employees and throwing some type of fit. I have not work there in a year and i still see the same when i go there. the orders are never right! its not that hard at 1am to make a burger with no flipping pickles! then when you get it its cold nasty, the fries are just the same, the fountain drinks....HELLO clean the filters once in awhile. I cannot stand going there anymore they mess up every order every time!

I don't like to be rude and I really try to understand that everyone makes mistakes, because me myself worked at a fast food joint when I was in high school, but everytime I go to this burger king there is atleast one thing wrong if not more with my order. It gets very frustrating. They are open 24 hours a day and I went there at 3am this morning and usually you figure that your food is cooked to serve at those times, but once again I ordered a whopper meal with onion rings large with a coke extra ice. I only live 2 minutes away, but can't drive my vehicle so a friend went for me, Now let me tell you what I received, I received a cold whopper with a pretty let's say not fresh bun and french fries very cold french fries, and a coke with no ice. That is a pretty small order to have so many mistakes especially when there were no other customers, and I was not able to take it back, so I through it away. once again was a waste of my money and I do not appreciate it. I just wish they would take a little better care of their customer service needs.
