Knotts Berry Farm Amusement Park, Buena Park

I went to Knotts Berry Farm last weekend with my boyfriend for their Halloween horror nights we had an amazing time. Although, the lines were long and we waited about an hour in each, it was expected. It also worth it once we got to the rides. The mazes were scary and met my expectations. We had a great time and a few scares (but that’s what your paying for) . We can't wait till next year to go once again, but who knows I might convince him to take me again next weekend.(:

(This is a comment about my experience being employed at knotts) let me start by saying that i loved my job...and still wish that i could go back...BUT the company is a crock of SH!T...short story, ive been with the company 6 plus years...did my job and everyone elses...come thanksgiving 08 i get engaged...my fiances family wants us to visit(leave CA)...so i put in my notice 2 WEEKS in advance...supervisor(haha who is also fired now) gave me the OK...come the day of my departure my supervisor says she cant let me go.....well as u can guess i left with my fiance...and found out i was fired upon returning i am still fighting to get my job back...this is just my experience...i did not ask a question so dont leave a comment on my comment...this is for info purposes for anyone hired at knots or attempting to be.... in short CAREFUL WHO YOU WORK FOR!!!

This is a great Theme Park. It combines elements of Disney and Magic Mountain. Knott's has some of the best shows and world class thrill rides and very friendly staff. Next to Disneyland, Knott's is definately California's greatest theme park. Highly Recommended.

I took my son here for his birthday and he had so much fun we are going back in march. I am so glad there is a place that i can take my son and be able to bond with him. The prices are a little high but for the memories totally worth it.

ONE OF THE MOST FUNNEST PARKS IN CALIFORNIA . GHOST RIDER IS THE MOST FUNNEST AND SCARIEST RIDE. DOOCHE IN THE HEIGHTS KEEPING YOU POSTED.

This month of November 2009 they are sponsoring veteran’s days, where us Vets get in free. What my group experienced were a few employees making policy decisions on behalf of Knott’s. I made what sounded to be a politically incorrect statement in ear shot of an 18 or 19 year old employee and she snapped at me, “this is a family park!”, she then contacted a supervisor, when we finely boarded the ride they pulled my five year daughter off the ride, rechecked her height by pushing down on her head to firmly to flatten her hair as much as possible causing her to burst in to tears and then told us to get off the ride. “” She was checked before we entered the ride and told she met the requirement”. To me Knott’s does not respect your freedom of speech under our constitution of the United States. What this young girl did not know was the privet conversation I was having with my 5 year old just prior to her coming into ear shot. I did not use profanity; we were well mannered, waited in this line for almost two hours. No signs are posted stating “watch every word you say, our employees and eject you from a ride or the park if they deem a word politically incorrect as what happened in our case. It’s a shame our group with two disabled Veterans was treated in his manner, we gave huge sacrifices for these employees to be working in this country, on this job only to have judgment pasted on us over what this employee took as politically correct word and had us kick off the ride. I will never step foot on these grounds again.

I have been going to Knott's for over 30 years,,I am 83 now and still love those rides,,Ilove the Over The fAlls and The Old Mine Ride,,and train..in fact ,,I love them all,,I don't go on the coaster because of the jerky movements,, I would sure love to, Knott's is a well kept park and the people who work there were so gracious and helpful to me,,and patient, I love Disneyland but it is too much walking,,Knott's is just right for all ,,and I love to watch the shows too,,and you will love the old fashioned theme of years gone by,,,I would definitely recommend this lovely park to all,,

I am not an employee of Knotts however, I am a mother of five children of the ages 12, 7, 6, 4, and 2. I went to Knotts instead of Disnyland this trip as we are burnt out on Disneyland and the lines there at Disney are horrible. We decided to try Knotts since we had never been there and I have to say that I will definatly go back again and again. I am glad that I did not listen to a lot of these reviews that are negative to the park. The park was very clean with wonderful very helpful employees. I think the only thing that could be a bumer is that they do open a bit later than Disny however, that did give us extra time for breakfast and what not. Overall we had a blast and it had a ride for everyone to enjoy even with all the different ages of children I have. I would recomend going if you are thinking about it.
