For fast food, the food is good, but prices are a bit too high. My last experience left a bad taste in my mouth after explaining to the cashier that the order incorrect and I just wanted it to be corrected. I was treated very inappropriate and both the cashier and manager took on attitudes. To make a long story short...I've learn thru experience, that people with bad attitudes are impossible to reason with, so I left....as a very unhappy customer. What happened to good service....What happened to being polite.... that is something this whole place needs work on. I'm a frequent customer.... but not for much longer if the services doesn't improve tremendously.... (even the waitresses have the same attitude as the manager.... ), I really like the food, but not enough to be abused by the people I help to pay ....
The whole menu consists of finger food and mass produced bbq sauce. The place might be ok if you're there to watch 'the game'. But my experience there makes me want to not even drive by the place anymore. After I decided what kind of cheap fried finger food I wanted to order the waitress brought our sodas to the table. The straw in my soda had some sort of buger stuck to it with hairs stuck to that. When I mentioned it to the waitress, she had no reaction and proceeded to ask for my order (as if this sort of thing happens all the time). I will never go to any one of their restauants again.
The food here is simply so so. The wings are not that great. The sauces have a lot of heat but no flavor. The spicy garlic, for example, doesn't taste anything like garlic but tastes exactly like the hot sauce. The only sauce I liked was the caribbean jerk sauce. If you really like wings and don't mind travelling a short distance for them, then I would recommend Quaker Steak and Lube in Madison over Buffalo Wild Wings. The wings there are a thousand times better. The sauce selection there is better, and they all have flavor instead of tasting the same. The food overall at Quaker Steak is much better than the food at Buffalo Wild Wings.
As Matt said BW3 is a great place to hang with friends. The trivia is all kinds of a good time and the service is usually fantastic. If you go in there more than twice chances are one of the waitstaff will remember you and probably what you usually drink. And of cours the food. If you can handle it I recommend the Blazin. The record with the guys i hang with is only 8 if you can beat that you're a better man than I.
My brother and I, and friends, love to come to Buffalo Wild Wings in West Allis. Cheap Beer with a nice happy hour, and of course there are the wings. TV's everywhere with sports aplenty and NTN Trivia. The place gets a bit loud and it is hard to hear the TV sound at some times.
