Bertucci's Brick Oven Rstrnt, Holliston

My friends and I went to grab pizza and a few drinks,but as the group of us walked in we were laughing and not dressed to go out and about.The restaurant was empty and the waitress just looked us up and down,obviously making a prejudgement on the guys appearance and wasn't very pleasant.She was staring at us,standing in front of us,waiting for a problem or something until one of us asked her for a moment to figure out what we wanted.We ordered a round of drinks,but our server assumed we had been drinking and made mention of her thoughts.(Again,we were laughing)She decided to get the manager to tell us that our server didn't think we should be served any more drinks.(Only one person wanted another and they asked who was driving and offered to call a cab).We were having a good time and laughing,but I guess that's a crime @ Bertucci's in Holliston.I don't know how they are still open for business.It was my first and last time ever eating at a Bertucci's restaurant.The woman wasn't friendly and just very creepy in her actions.My belief is that maybe she thought she was doing her job,but she went about things very abnoxious and needs to learn some customer service etiquette.Don't laugh as you will be marked as an alcoholic,and it's a punishable offense to your good time with friends and family!!She was peeking out the window as we were leaving and it was all just bizarre and I am so disgusted in the whole experience.I would recommend some customer relation classes and learning to relax and maybe even smile to customers,cause this establishment doesn't deserve to serve the public,they are hazardous to our health..
