House of Blues Restaurant
Crossroads at House of Blues(R) is a lively restaurant and bar located in Downtown Disney inside the world-famous House of Blues. It features a tantalizing new menu created by celebrity chef and Food Network star, Aaron Sanchez. Enjoy signature dishes such as shrimp & grits, short rib meatball sliders and fire-grilled flatbreads plus some new twists on House of Blues favorites like jambalaya, slow-smoked pulled pork, signature burgers, salads and steaks. It's food that's bold and classic yet contemporary. Open daily for lunch and dinner, Crossroads at House of Blues is truly the place where food, music & art intersect!
I have seen a few shows at this venue. Sometimes I have dinner before the show. The deserts there are awesome. Wish I had ordered the bread pudding as the main course. Couldn't eat it all after the Jambalaya. Sound at this venue for a show is the BEST. Saw Hall and Oates, Edwin McCain,Maroon 5 and many more. All shows have the best sound of any club in Orange County. Kudos to the club for that. Will be going again soon.
Please go to the House of Blues, Anaheim, Ca on Tribute Thursdays! Or after seeing a show on the main stage, you can come down and have some great food and listen to some of the greatest Tribute and other bands, right in the restaurant.
We saw one of the most amazing tribute bands, yet. The Band was a tribute to Pat Benatar called Precious Time! The lead singer, Sindee captured the audience with rocking fun and amazing emotion in her voice!
The restrauant was packed, but the service was good and so was the food. The band played until closing!
Very worth the effort to come down to the HOB, espicially when Precious Time is playing. If you are a Benatar Fan , don't miss the next show!
This place never fails to bring in great scheduled acts...and more secret shows, also. I have seen numerous shows that just rock. The sound system and engineer here is better than anywhere else in the city. Take my word for it...I have played here more than once.
Customers from other states seem to be the ones that think the music is too loud... well Im the person that is responsible for all audio in the building. If its too loud then your too old ua know... The food is ok remember this is a money making business... Since we are located at Down Town Disney its mostly a tourist trap and we have lots of fun watching people from Kansas, Iowa, Nebraska etc as they are easy to pick out with their non matching clothing.
Lame. I can't comment on the restaraunt but as a live venue it sucks. The audio is great, which is good because you probably won't be able to see the band. From the upstairs you only have a view of the stage if you get there first and lean on the rail, otherwise you're screwed. Downstairs it's packed and everybody trying to get to and from the pit and bar will be bumping into you, spilling your drink and theirs. The parking and signs leading to downtown disney are terrible and the people directing traffic are no help. Weak.
