Perkins Restaurant & Bakery, Duluth

Let me first say we have been coming to this particular Perkins ever since I can remember (I am 40), and the reason I continue to come here is my grandmother recognizes the place and refuses to go anywhere else. The food is just blah, never really outstanding, never bad either, just blah, the bad is the staff, everyone working there, with a few, or maybe even only one exception, always seems to have gotten up on the wrong side of the bed, none of them seem to want to be there, which I think breeds a whole negative vibe through the place, maybe if they just got rid of all these current staff maybe things would change, or maybe the GM needs to come in and actaully teach a class on customer service. Unless I was staying or lived close by, i would choose another one of the Perkins locations in Duluth.
