Bamboo Panda, Fairbanks

We just had lunch there and my daughter threw up, and I am nauseas. She was complaining that her meat was not cooked right. During the past 6 months the food has gone down hill! It used to be the best. The egg rolls taste like they are made with rotten pork. Its not the same style egg roll they used to make. They changed the style of food and its terrible please bring your old cooks back.

Bamboo Panda converted me! I used to tell people that I hated Chinese food, but Bamboo Panda changed my mind! General Tso's Chicken, by far, is my favorite. They use real, identifiable chicken meat--not mystery meat. Excellent service and clean facilities.

Absolutely the worst chinese food I have ever encountered. I am pretty sure that the food I received by delivery for dinner was made at least 12 hours before I ordered and wasn't cooked well at all. This quality of food should never be consumed by a human being ever again. In my opinion Bamboo Panda doesn't deserve to stay in business. I should get payed for eating there.

Bamboo Panda is quite an amazing find in the middle of Alaska. It is a small family own business that offers delivery pick-up and a small area of tables and seating. Where Bamboo Panda really shines is in its food and service, I personally have been a patron of this establishment for ten years -- when not buzy they can cook your meal and give it to you faster than McD's. It is art in motion as they prepare and cook food. Crab Rangoon, Deep fried chicken wings, Beef, Chicken, and Pork fried rice, Sesame Chicken, General Tso's, Beef and Snowpeas, are just a few of the EXCELLENT dishes available, many contain their special family recipe humbly called brown sauce a mixture of soy sauce.lemon juice, and other seasonings. More americanized asian food. It is very good though and offers take out and delivery service.

I placed a rather complicated combination of orders for both take-out and delivery during one phone call to Bamboo Panda. Because of the many different requests, I was afraid something would get messed up with the orders. But the wonderful people at Bamboo Panda got every order correct AND everything done ON TIME! I was so impressed! The service was perfect and the food was fabulously delicious! Thank you, Bamboo Panda!

I have gone to 90% of the thai and chinese food restaurants and this is the best so far! I've have come to the point that I just ask them what I should get!

I ate there today and it was GREAT! The egg rolls were crispy and tastey.

you can get lunch for 5.75 and that includes a drink, rice ,and your main course(and alot of it). i can never finish it all. and its good for chinese amirecan. they have fantastic eggroll. and they use alot of meat in there dishs. and if you like spicey dishs they are happy to spice any dish up for you or tame it down if youd rather. the sesame chicken is to die for and very addictive.
