This lovely grocery store is filled with soft smelling soaps, and books on healing and non-traditional medicine. There is plenty of organic produce to satisfy the most organic of consumers, a hot and cold deli available for quick lunches, a fresh bread daily bakery, bulk natural foods, natural poultry meats and more. A full line of vitamins and herbs, body care products, skin care and cosmetics fill one section of the store and, in another section you can find pots, pans and kitchen utensils. A senior discount is available.
Pretty much the only store in Anchorage that focuses on organic foods and health products. Good variety of products. The only thing that could be better are the prices. It's definitely worth it to compare with the small organic selections at Cars/Fred Meyers to save some money.
