Reopened in 2009, the new management has mostly duplicated the old recipes and has added some new creations. The star of the show is the Anchorage wing, designed by the Buffalo-native previous owners but very different than what is found in Upstate New York. With a spicy sweet sauce made under cover of darkness, wing fans will find taste buds pleasantly surprised at the juicy, if small, bits of chicken. Cheesesteaks are a good alternative.
