Terrible service. Had a party, ordered what should have been more than enough but the containers were barely filled, maybe 1/4 full. Called and was treated very rudely by the most unprofessional person who first said she was the manager then denied it. Shocked and dismayed, I wrote to the owner, no response.
This was the final event for me. Used to love this restaraunt but the service, dining in or out, is just rediculous. More often than not.
The best restaurant in town. Very exotic, delicious and healthy food. i would recommend Mongolian beef and Phad thai for 1st timer guest. Their Thai iced tea is a killer! Tom Kha soup is superior & their dessert which is white sticky rice with mango are yuMMy! Trust me, this restaurant will not disapoint you.
i love this restaurant (thai bamboo north division)..... i always come here with my family..... i love the food, the service is always great...... my only problem of this place is that they always raised their price every year its ok if its only a dollar but not, they went up upto $2 almost every dish ...... can't afford to eat here anymore.... i feel sorry for this place....... i bet they loose a lot of regular customers........
I had my first thai dish at Thai Bamboo (N. Divison) about three years ago and the moment i tasted their phad thai noodles, i knew i'm hooked for life.Their food is great and the service is good. There are few Thai Restaurants in Spokane and Thai Bamboo definitely is the best of them all. I always recommend this restaurant to my friends and colleagues.
I had only been here once before and never with my husband in his wheelchair. Service was slow. After ordering, we waited for 15 minutes by my watch and our appetizer came only a few minutes before the entree. We ordered Phad Thai Noodles with chicken which was very good and plenty to share. We ordered it mild and were happy we did. We will try again some time to see if the slow service was a fluke. They have handicapped parking and bars in the bathroom.
Thai Bamboo on N. Division is the best place to eat! They really listen to the customers and prepare your meal to your liking. I was never into Thai food until I tried the pineapple curry, now I am addicted. The staff is always friendly and the restaurant is inviting. All of the decorations look authentic and really give the place an eastern feel.
They brought me the wrong dish and to cover up their mistake they said it was my fault. Then they continued to ignore me, wouldn't fill our drinks, and it took them 20 minutes to bring me something else, which was still wrong. It's too bad, because they have good food; but I will never return. They lost a loyal customer due to their bad waitresses.
