China Cafe is our favorite, it has been for the last 18 years. The service has always been great when we go, infact the waitress even remembers what we like to order. The crab puffs are the best around, and we have yet to find another restaurant that has Hot and Sour Soup as good. You can even order the crab puffs uncooked, so you can bring them home and enjoy later! A family favorite for us!

Good but not great, when first opened it was much better but unfortunately popularity has caused it to become only 'good..with new higher level Asian choices coming to the Tricities they will need to rethink..go back to the beginning and get better and more creative with sauces.

Best Chinese in Town

This is a family favorite. The food is always good and they have the best General Tso’s in town. The Mongolian beef and China Cafe Special Chow Mien are also favorites wonderful. They are sometimes busy when you go in, but the servers are always friendly. If you are looking for a reasonable lunch special with good food try them out.

Food not great... even if you like it cold.

The food here wasn't worth the trouble to go out, and was cold by the time it got to our table. The service was almost non-existent, and it didn't seem to be a particularly busy night. The price was fair for that class of restuarant, but not a good value considering it was cold. We will never go back, especially since there is a MUCH better Chinese restuarant only two blocks away.
