Pizza Pipeline, Spokane Valley

If you have difficulty finding good pizza after midnight, try the Pizza Pipeline on Sprague in Spokane Valley. They are open until 1:00 a.m., and the staff remains cheerful and helpful even at that hour. The guys behind the counter will offer suggestions and run their specials by you if you can't make a decision on your own. My personal favorite is their relatively new Greek pizza on medium crust. Olive oil keeps the crust chewy with a crunchy edge. The toppings include pesto sauce, feta cheese, parmesan cheese, green olives, chicken, sliced tomatoes, and artichokes (as I recall). It was excellent when fresh and equally tasty the following day when heated in the microwave. The night I stopped in, the large pizza was $15.17 including tax. They also included two free drinks in reusable 24oz plastic cups with lids that can be refilled anytime in the future for only $.25!
