Palenque Mexican Restaurant, Liberty Lake

We've eaten here several times prior to Cinco de Mayo 2010 and had a wonderful experience but on that day we were ignored for a half hour after being seated. We finally had someone find our waiter to order then waited another half hour before I approched the Hostess to mention we had been seated an hour and had not been served. She was just rude. The manager did apologize and brought us food- but it wasn't what we ordered. Try it out if you have the time and paitence. We didn't that day and had to cancel our plans.
