Quiznos Sub, Wenatchee

Our family has a rule that's not-quite etched in stone: avoid chain fast-food restaurants unless desperate. But Quizno's is a pretty nice exception to the rule. I've not had their sandwiches, but the salads, particularly the beef and bleu cheese with warm pita bread and vinaigrette is a quick, yet satisfying meal. As with most fast-food salads, if you're counting calories, go easy on the dressing -- or, better yet, take it home and pop on a low-fat vinaigrette in moderation.
