Crab Pot, Long Beach

Over priced, lousy service.. don't waste your time. Go to the Hungry Harbor and get a decent fish and chips.

Went there for lunch with a friend. Food was overpriced, bad service, food not very good and not very fresh. We were both very disappointed. We went to a nearby competitor for dinner and had a much better meal, better service, better atmosphere, for less money. I wish I'd seen reviews before going. We stopped on a whim. Don't do it!!

This place is horrid, family of 9 and not one thing we ordered was good, slow service, bad smells and food was not eatable. Will never go back again and we warn everyone not to go there.

after a 45 minute wait we were expecting freshly made food. Instead the Bouillabaise (a wonderful French version of Cioppino) was inedible. They had used something like liptons freeze dried soup mix and thrown in some seafood. Really bad and overpriced at 19.95. wdon't go there!

Hi, my husband and friends from Lake Havasu, AZ rode threw in August on our Harleys. We had your oyster stew and it was the very best we have ever had. My husband came home and tried hard to duplicate the recipe. It was good but didn't come close. There isn't to many things out there that we rave about but that was the best. We even joke about jumping on a plane and coming out for lunch. That wouldn't be unusual for some however we are working folks. Incredible great food incredible service amazing ambience incredible people. I love the fish and chips they are incredible as is everything else on the menu. I know that Robert R said that they would not go back but I took just a few photos of the place when they happened to be there well I've been back numerous times since then when ever I've been in town well I looked at my phots and realized that they've been there on all those different occasions to enjoying there incredible food.

My sons and I were at Long Beach for a family vacation. We got to the Crab Pot about 6 pm. I found a number things I really like on the menu. The first 3 things I tried to order I was told they were out of. I ended up ordering Fish & chips which really wasn't what I wanted. Although the fish & chips were okay they were not worth the price I had to pay for them. My sons were not impressed with their meals either.
