I have eaten more than my share of teriyaki type food. This place has the BEST teriyaki lunch plate you get in the Portland/Vancouver area. The chicken is grilled with great flavor and texture. The vegetables include cabbage, broccoli, carrots. The sauce is not too thick, not too thin, just right! The rice is not fluffy, not too sticky, a good compromise. If you get the lunch special A it comes with fried potstickers. The prices provide a great meal at a fair price. You will not be disappointed eating here. The hot/spicy chicken in special D adds enough heat to the chicken to make it too much for those with sensitive tongues, but not gulp water with each bite hot. The seating/dining experience is low key. I prefer the take-out. The meals end with a nice slice of orange garnish. Overall - THE BEST TERIYAKI locally is.....Youskyme.

This place rocks for lunch, the food comes fast, it's good, it's cheap. Sometimes it's crowded though. They have 4 lunch special choices, A-B-C and D. All of them are good, and cost about $6 with tax included. Food to go also prepared quickly. I'm told dinner time food to go is enough for 2 people.
