Overly generous portions, delicious flavor, excellent quality of meat, an overall treat. The worst thing was a little bit too much tempura on the shrimp, which was still good. My wife and I are picky with breading.. Also, instead of green tea, they serve oolong. Much better. I have been to at least 50 Chinese restaurants and this one tied for second, ironically a place in Montana. Goes to show that when you find these hole-in-the-wall restaurants they can surprise you.
One of our 2 favorite restaurants! My mother was born in China & spent the 1st 17 years of her life there. My brother & I are both Gourmet Chinese cooks & learned to eat with chopsticks as soon as a fork, so I speak from a viewpoint of expertise. The portions are large enough so that my husband & I can split a dinner, making it extremely economical. We would recommend it to anyone, American or Chinese alike!
Was here on Vacation, fortunately this is one of the places I ate for lunch. The lunch menu is well worth the price. Good flavor and good portions for the price. Price range $5-$7 per person. Excellent hot tea. For being the only Chinese Resteraunt (that I could see on the strip) they act like they have competition.
We always eat here! The food is traditional Amercian Chinese and hot. Portions are very good. Have never had a thing to complain about here. Great service. If you want to show your kids great Chinese food, take them here.
