I picked up my photos from Costco and did not look at them until I arrived home. They were glossy prints when I thought that I had ordered them as luster. The manager was very nice and offered me a second set of prints. It was my mistake as I thought because it said lustre only that all would be in that format when it was only 16x20 prints. Thank you Costco and manager, Chuck you really made me happy that I used your service. He went out of his way to make it right. Thanks again
The lady named Maggie Cote that helped me was rude and dimwitted. She is an example of how poor customer service is in America these days. I am retired Navy and remember when people treated people with respect and dignity. Now, we have people like Miss Maggie who seem to care more about the paycheck and being a sloth than helpful and friendly. Shame on you Costco for hiring such poor workers and shame on you Maggie's parents for raising an animal.
