Waterfront Pizza, Port Townsend

We sat upstairs. The 12 pie was half cheese and half pineapple/green pepper and served hot. It s a good pizza. My wife felt it was a bit salty but it seemed more of a pleasant spice taste to me. The coffee was decent too. I d like to say contrary to other reviews we found the service to be excellent and the pie took sometime to make but good food takes time. Next time we re in the area we ll go back.

I called to speak w/the owner today and she was incredibly rude and hung up on me. I don't care how great the feedback is and that they were recommended by people in town....I will never order from them. You missed some free press and appreciation by treating me this way and now you get a honest review instead...was it worth it?

I ended up getting a lukewarm slice, but it was still the BEST damn pizza slice I've ever had. I live for pizza, and Waterfront just took my #1 spot on my top ten list!!!

I love this place. I've had good pizza in New York, Chicago and even the streets of Rome, but nothing compares to the slices you can get at Waterfront. It's a combination of the sourdough crust, hand-tossed in front of your eyes and also the fresh ingredients they put on the dough. The kalamata olives or tasty feta cheese. Even the tomato sauce is full of flavor.

One of the greatest hole in the wall spots in Washington. Possibly the best pizza in Washington or the west coast for that fact. My wife and I make the ferry trip to eat there at least 3 or 4 times a year. Must stop and try. In fact we are going in just a few days with some family that is coming up from Oregon.

I recently had the displeasure of buying a slice of pizza here. It was so bad that I couldn't stomach more than two bites. It wasn't even warm. I threw it in the trash. I will never go back. The employees were very unengaged and impatient. What they served me was an old, poorly prepared slice and they simply didn't care. The slice had probably sat in that cold display box for hours yet they still had no problem serving it. I wish I could have gone back in there and gotten the tip back from their jar. What a waste!

Fantastic pizza! Loved every bite of it. We sat in the dining room upstairs and sadly, the service was somewhat lacking. If we just got it by the slice or ordered one to go it would prolly by a 5 star instead. The only other thing to mention is that soda is by the can, but only a $1 and they give you a glass and ice. Definitely would eat the pizza again tho.

I grew up in Port Townsend with my 2 Brothers, from Kindergarten to High School Graduation. Waterfront Pizza is our absolute FAVORITE pizza! Even after moving to Seattle 7 years ago, our parents moving out of Port Townsend, we still go back to PT just for the Waterfront Pizza! We love the people and the Pizza! If you go there, always grab an extra slice, trust me, you will want it later!!!
