Jebino's, Eatonville

On our way to Mt. Rainier we stopped at a place called Jebinos. When in Eatonville, we always stopped at a place called Brunos and always hated it. We didn't know about Jebinos. We found our new favorite place JEBINOS! Food & entertainment is the best! The owners treat you like family. We live about 30 miles away, but when ever we have people in from out of town, we take them to Jebinos! Find Jebino, go to Jebinos and you will love Jebinos!

We had the best meal at Jebinos. One of our favorite restaurants. The Jebinos pasta and the chicken sandwhich were both delicious. Our server, Michele, was both friendly and efficient, the best. The singing busboy was fabulous, we just wish they would have stuck with him instead of letting others sing! Had an awesome time and will definitely go back.

The wife and I had dinner at Jebinos on our way back from our cabin last week and let me tell you what an experience! A complete jewel in the middle of nowhere. From the time we sat down until the moment we left everything was superb. Our waiter was Jeff and the rapport he had with his mom (who also serves) left my wife and I in stitches the whole evening. They really made it a fun time. The dinner was incredible. My wife had Chicken Piccata and I had the Jebino dish with chicken and bacon. Both were incredible. We were highly suprised when the busboy got on stage and sang for our entertainment. He was very good! At the end of the meal Jeff recommended the Key Lime Pie and it too was amazing. Jeff's mom made the Key Lime Pie and he told us all of the dessert was made fresh by either mom or the owner. All in all a stop made neccesary by hunger turned out to be a very good experience. I can't wait to go back.

Jebino's has allstar food, a lovely bar, and even the bathrooms are worth a second (or third) look. The attention to detail in their new larger place has made it the most popular restaurant in town so be sure to make reservations if you're planning to come on a weekend night or a busy time. Also, these days they've even got free live entertainment in one of their waitstaff who performs old standards like a seasoned pro despite his young age. Portraits of the owner's friends and family as well as treasured regulars and customers scroll on the large screens as you dine, reminding you that this is a family oriented small town kind of place where the staff does its best to remember your name and have a kind word any time you should return. The food is wonderful and I mourn the diabetic diet that's taken me off some of it but I still love to come in for the Chicken Caesar salad and a glass of red wine.

I grew up in the Italian community of New York City, so I've tasted authentic Italian food. Jebino's was recommended to me by John's closest high school pal. I went there and was amazed at how great the food was! I am very picky about my Italian food and John nailed it! Amazing that he doesn't even have a SMIDGEN of Italian in him!!!!! John loves what he does and loves who he does it for. Tami is a ray of sunshine in the restaurant. I HIGHLY recommend Jebino's. It's a little bit off the beaten path, but it is well worth the detour.

OK anyone that wants a EXCELLANT pizza has to come to the Pizza Place- (Now called Jebino's))they are not skimpy on the toppings WHATSOEVER. The Pizza Place is by far one of the best pizza joints in the Seattle/Tacoma area. I personally love the Cruiser Combo pizza, minus the mushrooms and olives plus pineapple and Canadian Bacon. Also try their sandwiches, those are also very good. they are open every day except Sunday.

I guess we could be considered semi-regulars at John and Tami's. The food is awesome, the decore is fun, and the employees are warm and inviting. John's got an attitude, but it's the kind that will keep bringing you back for more. Everyone who enters the premisses becomes part of the family. The place fills up fast and the people just keep coming! It's not unusual for diners to make space at their table for newly arriving customers, just so they won't have to wait (we've done it ourselves). The Valentines Day Dinner is so popular that some of us try to make our reservations 6 months in advance! Of course, Tami won't take reservations that early, so we have to wait along with the rest of the crowd (that's why I wept). After so many years of great dining, John and Tami finally had to admit that they need a bigger place, and we can hardly wait for their new, bigger restaurant (Jebino's) to open just down the block from where they are now. It should be open before the end of summer. I'm sure the place will once again fill up fast, so I'm going to make my reservations right now!
