I absolutely love this food. I come here with my wife probably 3-4 times a month at the very least for some food, and it never disappoints. The staff is very kind, and did I mention the food?
My wife likes the gluten free pizza they have and we always spend lovely time.
MY ROMIOS REVIEW
My wife and I and our two kids ordered from Romios tonight.
Our order totaled $62s plus tip.
We received several things that where good. Not great just good.
We also received three items I would not feed to my dog and he eats crap off the ground.
Item one. Chicken wings.
A properly made chicken wing should be crisp and evenly seasoned.
What we received was a soft, mushy, repugnant pile of chicken bones.
Item number two. Fettuccine alfredo. Everyone knows what this is RIGHT?
What we paid $10 for was over cooked long egg noddles in cheap store bought canned sauce. One bite from my wife and one bite from me and then the trashcan can have it. We are talking super soft, mushy, gloppy, goo.
Item three was the WRONG pizza. I am not sure how someone can take an order, repeat it make it and send out the wrong one but some how they managed to do this.
Forward to the phone call to Romios. Nice girl answers I explain I want my money back on two items only. Give the reasons why. She says she will call me back she has to call her boss. She calls back and says she can give me 25% off our next order. I say I want my money back. She says she is not authorized to do that.
So here is my response. A well managed, well run, well trained restaurant would not treat pay customers this way. WHY? Because WE are the business. If a restaurant can not own its faults it should not be in business. Ramios cooks suck ass. They need to be trained on what Italian food looks and tastes like. Obviously they have no idea what it is. The management needs to get a clue. When I say I want my money back because what you served me it garbage. Guess what. It is garbage and I WILL GET MY MONEYS WORTH. You cant steal from people and expect to us not to respond.
In conclusion. Romios is poorly managed, poorly trained and serves crap for food. When they make a mistake they will not make it right. We will not be back.
