Mamounia Moroccan Restaurant & Lounge, Seattle

Dinner here was amazing! As far as I know, *The decor and furniture were typical of a Moroccan restaurant *The food was authentic (and definitely delicious!) *The food was served in typical Moroccan fashion The waitress was very friendly and helpful. She was great at explaining the customs that Americans aren’t familiar with. Five stars, nothing to complain about. I defiantly want to go back.

The food is traditional, beautifully prepared and very reasonably priced. Where else can you get a prix fixe for under $20 that includes 5 courses. The wine list had some incredible good bottles and is likewise reasonably priced. Very romantic to go with a date and cozy enough to go with friends. Friendly, capable service, delicious food, and the pleasing decor make for a really wonderful experience.

We had to wait to get a seat so we sat in their bar area and ordered an appetizer. Ordering an appetizer is a BIG mistake because all of the meals are fixed with a number of courses that include ANOTHER appetizer. The food and experience was good, but the meal was very long it took 2-3 hours.

never had Moroccan food before but it was really delicious! the waitress was really awesome and definitely try to make it for belly-dancing night
