Ate breakfast at the restaurant on January 05 of this year. Ordered Apple juice. When the waitress served it by setting the glass onto my table I could tell the juice was watered down. It moved in the glass like water and without the viscosity of real Apple juice. The color was faint as was the flavor. The silverware was dirty with dried food between two prongs. The knife had dried food on one side of the blade. When a restaurant waters down beverages and cuts back on soap in the dishwasher it's a sign management either doesn't care or is about to close the doors. I left before ordering a meal and won't be going back.

We have been going there for years and love it! Everyone is very friendly, service is great, and the food is delicious! It's so nice to go to a local restaurant with good food and reasonable prices.

I eat at Huckleberry Square often. It is convent, the food is good and plentiful. They are noted for their breakfasts, although their lunch and dinner menus are also quite good. However my favorite item on the menu is their homemade soups. I am a soup fanatic, and Huckleberry Square serves some of the best soup I have ever eaten. If you get soup with your meal instead of a salad, you get a big bowl of soup, not a cup. I often go in and have a light meal of soup and a dinner roll. Huckleberry Square is an above average American dinner that gives good value for the money you spend.

To The owner of Huckleberry Square You used have good meals but you are letting us oldtimers down. You don,t serve very good food anymore. Your french fries suck. You don,t know anything about serving a good meal any more. I think you got to many workers that don't care. You don't care about your customers any more. You don't make good meals anymore.a sad customer

Small time...

Huckleberry Square is more expensive than some, but the food quality isn't much to talk about. The breakfast menu is the only reason to go.

Try the huckleberry sauce...

...it's what they're famous for. Great especially on pancakes or ice cream. For lunch, try the Frenchie (a burger on sourdough bread). Plates run $10-$20 each.

The best homemade food around!!
By ,
This place has a variety of great homemade dishes. Just like grandma makes! The mashed potatoes are real and the soups are made from scratch. Their fresh grated horseradish sauce is the best around. The service exceeds any expectations. Always prompt, friendly and well taken care of.

More like an upscale Denny's. This place is quiet and has more of an older crowd/senior citizens. The food was good. It's nice to support the locally owned establishments in the area.
