Five Spot Restaurant, Seattle

The service was very good. The food (I had the Reuben sandwich) was *meh*. Others in my party had egg platters which were similarly ordinary. Worst part was the open kitchen. It's a small place and we ended up reeking, absolutely stinking of grease/oil when we left. Our clothes, our hair, everything. Only go if you're immediately going home to shower. And don't wear freshly washed clothes. We had to wash every item of apparel and hang our jackets outside, liberally sprayed with Frebreeze. Foul place. Won't be back.

The 5 Spot always have great food. It's shameful how much food goes onto one plate but, it's excellent fare and you can always split it with a mate.
