Well this is a Salvadorian's Bakery / Restaurant here in West Seattle. They specialize in pupusas. These are corn tortillas filled with your choice of beans, cheese or pork. Yeah! It sounds simple and not out of the ordinary, but let me tell you! This is a traditional plate in Central America's El Salvador, an exquisite plate in which you add to it a special tomato sauce and garnish it with a vinegar cabbage salad. The Bakery is worth the trip on its own, the bake goods are a wonder here in the US. Try the Semita Pachita, Viejitas, Quesadilla (this is not the traditional Mexican grilled tortilla with cheese) and lots more. You won't believe the selection of sweet breads that they offer, you will try to take 2 of each, just like I do. Also, they carry lots of imported goods from Central America and News Papers. Pupusas ($1.75 each) you will want to eat at least 4. Sweet breads, different prices, the highest ($4.00)
