Himalayan Sherpa Restaurant, Seattle

We used to look forward to eating at Sherpa, years ago. We were out on a cold December day, looking forward to some warmth & hospitality, and hot momos that could only be found at one place in the city. It was lunch time, and looking over the buffet, we found only vegetarian options. We tried to get our servers attention and he seemed to avoid us. He finally brought a menu after 10 minutes of asking for one, but he encouraged the buffet. We asked if momos were available and he said it would take a long time. We asked how long and he said it could be 15 minutes. He continued to avoid us and would not take our order, but seated another patron and took their order. My husband waved at him several times, and he just did not respond or looked away. It seemed the staff did not want to serve momos this Saturday. After a total of 25 minutes seated on a day they were not busy, we left for the Indian buffet up the street. I used to bring my in-laws here, but we will not return in the fu
