La Rustica, Seattle

La Rustica makes the best food I have ever had at a restaurant. I can't wait to go back either. I'll be taking my friends and family there as they visit Seattle. It's not often that I find a restaurant that makes such high quality and delicious food. This is now my favorite restaurant for sure. The garlic bread must have came from heaven because it's perfect. I ate tons of bread, leg of lamb, pasta, and a salad. The salad dressing was a new experience for me becuase I've never taasted any dressing that wonderful. Everything was cooked to perfection and everyone at our table agreed that this was the best food we've ever eaten. Go there, you'll love the small atmosphere, great service, and the food will surprise you with its high quality. Everyone that we talked to was super friendly and very attentive.

We have been going here for about 3 years now and the food is hit or miss, but the service has been terrible the last couple time we have been there, it was busy and that is understandable; but we waitied about 20/25 mins for our food and then had to wait another 20 mins after we were done to get anyone to check on us and we wanted desert but by that time we didn't feel like waiting anymore! then when we got our bill it was wrong and i never got my to-go box back from being wrapped up and no one ever really said anything to us. I think one of the owners who was a lady at the door was there and standing around most of the time while we just sat there and waited for SOMEONE to come over to us! i don't mind waiting when places are busy...but come'on....come over and say something!!! i hate to give this a bad review but we don't go out very much and it really put a damper on our night!! i don't think we will go back again.

La Rustica is mine & my wife's favorite Italian, and quite possibly our favorite restaurant of all. The atmosphere is very low key, dim lights, quiet conversations and the wait staff is very accomodating. The food is excellent, definitely worth the higher prices.

This is the best Italian food I have EVER had in Seattle, you will not be disappointed if you eat here. You can tell this is a family (Italian family, that is) owned restaurant and who I presumed was the owner came over to make sure everything was okay. The salmon bruschetta was TO DIE FOR and the tiramisu was incredible!! I'm Italian and this place rocks! The ONLY down side is that I have to trek way over to West Seattle to visit it!

It is really great in there service and food, everyone really nice to you and try to do best for us.

It's not really a secret anymore, but this little hideaway is so quaint and the food is awesome. A great place for a quiet dinner.

This authentic italian restaurant is hidden away in West Seattle. You are greeted by the owner himself and then wisked away to a table or the small waiting area at the back of the restaurant where they provide wine service while you wait. The inside of the restaurant is very small which creates an intimate atmosphere. The staff is always attentive, but knows when to give you space wchich makes for a very romantic dinner. The quality of the food is always same and scrumptious and the specials change daily depending upon what is fresh. The price of the food is average, and each meal comes with a salad and bread. The wine list has just enough authentic italian wines to make you consider asking your server for a suggestion. When you do they always know just which wine will best pair with what you are eating. Overall the atmosphere, service, and the quality of the food are what bring us back time and time again. There isn't a better italian restaurant in the seattle area.

La Rustica is a charming Italian restaurant on Beach Drive in West Seattle. The food and the atmosphere are wonderful, and I can't wait to go back!
