For Visitors to the Pacific Northwest

Belltown is the clubbing and restaurant scene in downtown Seattle, and Tom's places are among the best patronized by locals as well as out-of-towners. The crowd seemed upwardly mobile from 30 to 50 but the prices were not out-of-line. Ambience here is elegant and professional.
The Dahlia Lounge has a compentant bar without blenders, but then those may be more "de rigeur" in the southern latitudes, anyway. The local salmon was expertly prepared and a highlight of my gastronomical tour. It looked like a small portion on presentation, but was more than enough to be an entree.
The service was more than professional.
I'll definitely return with others.
