I just returned from Las Vegas and arrived in Seattle to watch the Mariners play the Twins that afternoon. Not much open on the pier for breakfast, spotted Ivars and enquired about breakfast. I was informed about the Sunday buffet.I did 6 0r 7 buffet's at the better Strip hotels in Vegas and was kinda buffetted out,but relented, paid the $25 for their Buffet. I was very, very plesantly suprised. They had EVERYTHING! Crab, legs,{Alaskan and Dungeoness}Eggs benedict, crepe station, omelete station,Pasta made to order. Many salads, vegetable dishes, great tasting-eye pleasing deserts. My fav were the strawberries dipped in milk chocolate! The cooks at the made to order stations were friendly, and very polite,my waitress{wish I could rember her name!] was very pleasant,Great smile and made me feel right at home.Looking forward to dining here again, back here on August 30th as I am coming for a stay at the Fairmont Olympic Hotel. I was not planning to go to another Buffet before returning to Vancouver Canada,Glad I did, This one was perhaps the best I have ever found..and I have been to alot of the top end, better quality ones!
