The only way to get some of the seafood on their menu any fresher would be to drop a line out one of the expansive windows onto Seattle Harbor and catch it yourself. There are, however, some items that are not local nor fresh, so be sure to ask your server which is which. Add a bloody mary to your dining and you have the prototype for a seafood experience- and a good one at that!
