THE FOOD IS NASTY AND NOT ROTATED PROPERLLY
THE SERVICE IS NASTY AND RUDE
MATT THE WAITER TRIES AND FORCE PEOPLE TO SIT BY THE BATHROOMS
MY FRIEND GOT THE SHITS AND PUKED FROM THE FOOD
I WOULD NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN OR SUGGEST ANYONE ELSE DOES NOT EITHER !
THE OWNER IS INTIMIDATING AND HAS A VIOLENT STREAK
MATT THE WAITER IS VERY AGGRESSIVE AND VERY DISRESPECTFUL WHEN YOU ASK HIM TOO LEAVE YOU ALONE.HE TRIES TOO ACT LIKE HIS PRETTY BOY LOOK MAKES IT ALRIGHT.
I felt the urge to do a quick review, after seeing the 2 negatives in the midst of all of the positives. Don't listen to those 2 reviews. If what they said really is the case (which the owner has never been even close to frightening, let alone violent), then that was a very rare occurrence. After our favorite Mongolian Grill (Chang's in Kent) closed down, we tried each and every grill we could find. This is by far the best. My friends and I go here at least once a month, if not more, and have never had a bad experience. The food is delicious, the service is great and the price isn't bad. It's around the same as any other grill of this style.
I just couldn't let anyone read those reviews and think that maybe, just maybe, they shouldn't go to Jasmine. We love it. Absolutely.
My family and I were on a short stay in Seattle. Hotel staff recommended the Jasmine Mongolian Grill. To our surprise, it was an all you can eat. You pick and choose you meats, seafoods and veggies to make your dish. What a treat, we could not stop making different dishes. Needless to say something so simple yet so great!!! Love watching the cooks on the huge round grill, makes you want to go out and buy one. We left there satified with the food and price. We will surely return upon our next visit to WA.
I like the food at the restaurant but I had recently had a hair line fracture of one of my tooth because eating some hard debris in my food from Jasmine Mongolian Grill and won the law suit. I wish that Jasmine Mongolia Grill would clean their grill better in order to prevent these type of problems.
If you want a no frills mongolian grill, meaning pretty much grill buffet only then go here. If you want a great mongolian grill go to Riverside Mongolian Grill in Puyallup.
As far as mongolian grill goes this place is pretty average. Food is average to good and service is poor. Paid $13/adult and $7/child- they also charged me for the 1 year old that ate absolutely nothing other than two bites of my ice cream at the end.
Also, I was annoyed that the chef kept mixing other people's food into mine. If I wanted onions or mushrooms or beef or scallions on my plate I would have put them in my bowl.
It bares repeating, you will be much happier with your meal if you go to Riverside in Puyallup, worth the extra 15 mins drive.
