McDonald's, Hermiston

Went to Mcdonalds last night after a long drive coming from Washington. placed my order at 1;35am did not get my food till 15 minutes later in the drive thru...Manager was to busy talking to i guess her boyfriend, leaving customers waiting in line. Then dont even apologize for the long wait. Really they need to check up on that. Just cause your a manager dont mean you could do whatever you like when your on duty.... Thanks

We used to love your chicken,but here lately they have been very spicey!!! some of us can not eat spicey food!!! pleze change back.....

I've found their food to be fresh... have not had any issues to date with their products. The kids who work there seem pleasant and efficient. Their kitchen area is in full view of customers and there is no real way to hide shoddy work habits...so find the other review to be a bit suspect. My kids like the play area but I'll admit the noise factor often has me sitting just outside so I can watch them through the windows and monitor their behaviour without having to sit in the actual playland itself. It's nicely set up so that this is an option. While I generally prefer the earth tones you see at some mcdonald's...this location is well maintained and clean...if a bit brasher in decor than I would normally choose. I go for my kids...and they like it...so I guess that's all that really matters. New free wi-fi is a nice touch.
